How are the shipping charges calculated?

straightline.in has adopted a fixed method for calculation of shipping charges across all categories of products. The following are the details:

What is the shipping method?

Currently, we provide Standard Delivery. The delivery time to any metropolitan city is one to two days; to any non-metro/Tier 2 city it is two to three days and to a Tier 3 city it is four to five days.

What is the refund, return and replacement policy?

The product specification page clearly mentions the return and replacement policy for the product. In case you face any problem on receipt of the product, please inform the straightline Customer Support team at straightline@mjunction.in or login to "My straightline" and register your complaint under "Add a Complaint." Our Customer Support team will get back to you within 24 working hours.

What should be my check points before and after accepting delivery of the ordered products?

While accepting delivery, please ensure that you check the outer packaging properly. If you find it damaged, please enter your remarks on the "Proof of Delivery" that you sign. After opening the package, check whether the inner packing contains bubble wrap, thermocol or paper strips to avoid any damage during transit. If you find the material inside is damaged or broken, please inform the straightline Customer Support team at straightline@mjunction.in or login to "My straightline" and register your complaint under "Add a Complaint."
